Mom is loving her digital camera, and has used one for years at work. But she just learned how to download to the computer. So there.

Hey, Dan called from the airport this morning...just as they were calling for boarding. He sounded happy to get going. And his voice is different! Maybe because he had to be in the travel office at 5:00 am. Eight of them are headed for Atlanta, including his comp. from the very beginning of the MTC experience. He said they were looking for things to do during the last week, cuz they are normally there only 3 weeks, not 4. But they managed to fill their time. He says he wants letters, and no junk food in the care packages, please. We'll see if he changes his tune later. So, DearElder.com is not a reliable, one-day delivery system, I find out. He didn't get a couple of the letters I sent that way, and lots of other mish said the same thing. Canada and US Post is the way to go. He's gonna email his apartment address on Monday.
